We provide a wide range of shipping options for our Icy Beauty Studio customers in Australia and New Zealand.
Shipping within Australia takes between 2-10 working days, while 3-10 working days in New Zealand. All our International orders are shipped out with DHL Shipping. Especially for shipping to the US, Canada, UK, Ireland & UAE can take up to 3-10 business days and is FREE for orders $195AUD or over. Icy Beauty Studio allows for returns and exchanges for any reason up to 30 days after purchase. We offer a 30 day returns and exchange policy when you meet our following requirements:
- Items must be in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition
- The items of receipt is returned within 30 days otherwise we will not refund or exchange past that period
- Shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying for your own returns after shipping met all the requirements.
Please contact our Customer Care Team by emailing email@example.com and by providing us with your order number and the name of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange.
Unfortunately, once orders are made it can't be changed because our stock team processes your order quickly and sends it out as soon as possible.
We know how frustrating it can be when the hottest product you want is out of stock. Luckily, you can be notified when the product is back in stock by entering your email in the 'Notify Me' button located on the same page as your wanted item.
